Loovox Suites - Business Rules and Accommodation Policy

Loovox Suites, Is a professional tourism facility offering safe, exclusive and high standard residence accommodation service in Alanya Oba. The following rules are applied in order to protect the facility layout, guest peace of mind and business reputation. All guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1️️ Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: as of 14:00

• Check-out: No later than 11:00

• Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability.

• During check-in the presentation of an official ID or passport is mandatory.

• The identity notification of all guests is made within the scope of legal regulations.

2. Identity and Guest Policy (Important)

• Persons not specified in the reservation are not allowed to enter the suite.

• Guests from outside are not accepted into the suite.

• It is not possible for people who do not present ID to enter the facility.

• In cases of violation of the rules, the stay is terminated unilaterally and no refund is made.

This application is mandatory in order to maintain the standard of Loovox Suites' safe and controlled tourism facility.

3️ Saatleri Hours of Silence (Mandatory)

• there is a mandatory silence time between 23:00 and 09:00 Dec.

• Loud music, parties, balcony flooding and behaviors that will disturb the environment are prohibited.

• A warning is issued in case of noise complaint; accommodation may be terminated if repeated.

4. Pool and Social Area Rules

• Hours of use of the pool: 08:00 – 20:00

• Children cannot use the pool without parental supervision.

• It is not allowed to enter the pool area with glass bottles and glass cups.

• Loud music is prohibited.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in public areas.

• Behavior that will disturb other guests is not allowed in social areas.

5️⃣ Security and Tourism Facility Layout

• Suite doors should be locked on exit.

• Personal belongings should not be left in public areas.

• Security cameras are recording in public areas.

• Behaviors that will disturb the order, security and guest peace of the tourist facility are not allowed.

6. Key & Deposit Policy

• A deposit can be made at check-in.

• In case of loss of the suite key, a €50 deduction is made from the deposit.

• In case of detection of damage or missing items, the damage is collected from the deposit.

7️️ Suite Usage Rules

• Cigarettes can only be smoked in the balcony area.

• In case of smoking in the suite, a penalty fee of € 200 is applied. (Detailed cleaning, deodorization and textile renovation are charged within the scope of the cost.)

• It is forbidden to relocate furniture.loo

• Efficiency is expected in the use of electricity, air conditioning and water.

• Pets are not accepted (unless special permission is given).

8. Responsibility for Fixtures, Electronics and Movable Furniture

All rooms located in Loovox Suites:

• Electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, built-in products, etc.)

• Electrical and mechanical systems

• Movable and stationary furniture

• All fixtures equipment

it is the guest's responsibility to use it.

In case of any damage, breakage, deterioration or inoperable, the repair or replacement process is carried out by the authorized service or service provider company.

👉 The resulting damage is collected from the guest based on the current market price on the date of the incident and the invoice amount deducted by the service provider one by one.
This price is covered from the deposit; if it is insufficient, it will be paid separately by the guest.

9. Prohibited Activities and Law Enforcement Operations

In the following cases, the stay is terminated immediately:

• Illegal activities

• Gambling, drugs, etc. utilization

• Third party inputs and outputs

• Security-threatening behavior

The area where the facility is located gendarmerie area of responsibility it is located within. In case of determination of the above situations, the necessary operation and evacuation process, conducted in the company of the gendarmerie and notification is made to the legal authorities.

1️⃣0️⃣ General Responsibility

• Guests are obliged to leave the suite as they received it.

• Additional collection can be made in case of major damages.Oct.

• Loovox Suites is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
